PestControlGigs ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

What You Give Us

When you create a profile, we collect information you choose to provide: your name, email address, professional background, location, skill sets, and availability status. You control what appears on your profile and can update it at any time. You can also ask us to delete it (see Your Rights below).

If you submit a feature request or contact us, we collect the information included in that message. Messages sent through the Contact and What's Next forms are delivered to us by a third-party form service (FormSubmit), which processes them on our behalf so they can be emailed to us.

Identity Protected Profiles

If you choose an Identity Protected profile, your name, photo, city, employer, headline, and bio are hidden from other members. Your role, state, experience level, skills, credentials, and licenses remain visible to other signed-in members.

Identity Protected limits what other members can see. It does not guarantee anonymity.

What We Do With Your Data

We use your information solely to operate PestControlGigs — to display your profile in the directory and communicate with you about the platform. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

You're In Control

You can update your profile at any time. You can request that your profile and data be deleted by contacting us at pestcontrolgigs06@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
