These Terms are written to protect both the professionals who use PestControlGigs and the integrity of the community we're building together.
By using PestControlGigs, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. We may update these terms as the platform grows — we'll let you know when we do.
PestControlGigs is intended for professionals in the pest control industry. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
If another user has chosen an Identity Protected profile, you must respect that choice. Attempting to identify, expose, or share the identity of an anonymous user is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate removal from the platform.
We reserve the right to remove profiles, suspend accounts, or decline service to anyone who violates these terms or whose presence is harmful to the community. We'll always try to handle this fairly.
PestControlGigs is provided as-is. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted profiles or for the outcome of any professional connections made through the platform. Use your own judgment when connecting with others.
